Our story begins in 1995 when ULZA (Uleza Ndertim) was created by Engineer Ndue Shpani after long experience in different construction projects and prestigious leading positions reached up to the Regional Director of the National Housing Authority....
With ongoing growth each passing year ULZA ranks among some of the most well-known companies in Albania in the realization of projects in collaboration with public authorities but also in the private sector. The company has reached its target of annual turnover of over $10 million and security for continued growth.
Currently ULZA is a general contractor with a professional staff of over 50 people and a workforce of around 200 people.
Our expertise consists of, and is not limited to, construction of road networks, rehabilitation of boulevards and city centers, residential housing, construction and reconstruction of educational facilities, irrigation and drainage works and water supply.
Recently, the company is investing in power generation by building several small hydropower plants with a capacity of up to 6 MW.
